Outdoors . . .

It has been so nice this past weekend. We were in the low to mid 70s all weekend. The girls absolutely loved it.
Lizzy played a great soccer game on Saturday and scored two goals for her team. She is doing a great job. Sorry, no pics again. I keep forgetting my camera in the scramble to get everyone in the car and to Pasco on time for the game!!!
I did my visiting teaching on Thursday and then Bo and I went to a new family baptism on Saturday. It was great to see this family being baptized and the great turn-out from our ward to welcome them!
Sunday was quiet. Lizzy didn't feel good and so she stayed home with Bo since I have a Sunday School class to teach. After church we napped and then the two little girls played outside for hours!! They love being able to play outside! Here are some pics of Mikki and Brylee Bo playing in the sand box with blue sand!

Quiet . . .

Things have been very quiet here in the Clark household this week. Hopefully it is not the calm before the storm!!!! There has been no more biting, thank goodness. They still fight, but not as much! Lizzy has a birthday sleepover this weekend and so Bo and I are trying to figure out what to do with the two little girls that will be fun. Hopefully the weather will be warm enough that we can maybe take them to the park for a little while. Lizzy has another soccer game this weekend, but that is all that we have planned. So, sorry no pics with this post, but there weren't any pics to go along with things being super quiet!!!!! Hope everyone else is well!

Poor Mikki . . .

Okay, so yesterday morning I was in the kitchen cleaning up breakfast and getting ready to do some dishes that wouldn't fit in the dishwasher when Mikki started screaming. I ran to the bottom of the stairs and asked what was wrong. When Mikki came down the stairs she was holding her nose and I could see that the top of it was bleeding a little bit. Once she calmed down, I found out what happened.
Mikki and Brylee were fighting over a Tinker Bell blanket that we have. Brylee got frustrated and BIT Mikki on the tip of the nose. Brylee got in big trouble and had to sit on her bed. However, this is not the first time Brylee has bit one of her sisters. When she gets frustrated with Lizzy or Mikki she bites them. We have tried time out, spankings, sitting on her bed, biting her back, etc. She is only 2 1/2 and there isn't much you can take away from her. So, after our episode yesterday I got some advice to use a drop of Tabasco sauce on her tongue when she bites. We are definitely going to try it, if she bites again. If anyone who reads this blog has any other advice for biters, leave me a comment and let me know. Her are some pictures of poor Mikki!!! (You may want to click on the picture and blow it up for the full effect of what her nose looks like.)

Baseball

Okay, as everyone knows Bo is a huge baseball fan! Go Dodgers!!!!! He has started playing with a men's league here in Kennewick. Last night I went and watched him play one of his games. The girls stayed home since it was terribly cold outside and I knew they would probably complain the whole time! Bo played really well and has a blast! Here is the picture I took of him swinging the bat! It was great hit, but it was caught!!!
On Friday night, Bo played softball with the girls in the backyard. They have soo much fun. Here is a video of Bo and Lizzy! She is getting pretty good at hitting the ball and we are thinking of signing her up for softball this year!

I guess you just have to laugh at Miss Brylee trying to get in the video by dancing!!! She is a funny little girl, with a sassy personality!

Sprinklers . . .

Our weather was wonderful this weekend! Here in Kennewick it was 80 degrees on Saturday and Sunday! The girls were absolutely loving it! This is Miss Brylee sunnin' in the backyard. She thought she was being such a big girl!!!
This is all three girls laying out on their towels trying to get some sun! They did run through the sprinkler and had a blast. Here is the video of them running through the sprinkler! Brylee isn't in the video much, she doesn't like the sprinkler and only runs on the outskirts of it just to get the mist!

The weather has turned cold again. It was only 66 here yesterday and I think it is supposed to be even colder today. :( Hopefully it will warm up by the weekend for more soccer games!

Two Bondies . . .

While we were home, Alexus came to stay for a couple of days. Her and Brylee get along to a point. They either play really well, or they are fighting over the same toys! But, they are simply adorable.

Okay, this is the last of my posts for the day. I hope I haven't bored anyone. It was a great trip, but I am still trying to catch up after being gone! I can't wait 'till the girls go back to school on Monday!!!

Tuesday Night

Tuesday night we went to my friend Kris's house. We had pizza and then had a wonderful visit. We haven't seen each other in years! It had been way too long. Her kids are adorable and got along with my girls just fine. In fact, Kayden and Brylee got along a little too well. As everyone knows, Brylee is very mischievous. While Kris and I were talking, Brylee took it upon herself to get into Brooklyn's closet. She found the outfit she wanted and then proceeded to make sure that Kayden had an outfit as well. Unfortunately, Brylee's outfit was way too small and still had the tags on it! So sorry Kris!!! I still feel really bad that she put on clothes that had never been worn before. But, they still make a pretty cute couple! So, here are our two little "girls"!!!!

Natural History Museum - ISU

On Tuesday we sent to the Natural History Museum at ISU. The girls had a blast and want to go back when their dad can go with them. This is the girls in front of a pre-historic bison and saber tooth tigers who are attacking!
The girls in front of a dinosaur skeleton! (I can't remember which one!)
They had a whole bunch of masks in the kids discovery room. The girls thought they were awesome. Aren't they adorable!
Mikki and Brylee!
Lizzy as some kind of bird!
We are already starting to plan a trip back to the museum and hopefully to the diosaur park in Vernal, Utah. The girls think it would be really fun! And, what a great way to spend time as a family.

Baby Gracie

On Monday, we got to spend some time with Lavonne and Gracie. Here are some pictures of Lavonne and Tracy's new addition, Gracie Marie. She is beautiful, and I am soo happy and excited for them. Of course, Lizzy and Mikki both just loved her!

Back in Kennewick!

Well, we made it home today around 4 p.m. It was GREAT to get home. Although, Bo was helping in surgery and then had a meeting afterwards, so I haven't even seen him yet. :( Hopefully he will be home soon! Our drive started off bad. It was snowing like crazy in Jerome and I thought it was going to last the rest of the way. But, by the time I got to Mountain Home it cleared up and it was blue skies the rest of the way.
We had a blast coming home. We spent time with most of our family on Sunday and watched conference. On Monday, my best friend from high school, Lavonne, came over with their new addition, Gracie Marie. It was soo awesome to get to see her and hold her. The girls thought she was adorable!
On Tuesday we went to Pocatello and spent the day with Grandma Vickie going to the Natural History Museum at ISU and then spent the evening with another friend from high-school, Kris. It was great to get to see her and her kids and her mom, Pat, stopped by for a little bit. It was soo great to get to spend time with them and catch up. It has been ages since I seen them!!!
Well, my house is a total disaster after getting home. I will try to post pictures of our little vacation in the next couple of days, after I put things away and try to get back to a normal routine. By for now!

At home . . .

Well, I am using the computer at the bus shop where mom works! The trip so far has been GREAT! I love catching up with the fam. We are on our way to Poky tomorrow to see more family, friends and to the Natural History Museum at ISU! I promise to post lots of pictures when I get back to Washington! We are leaving early Wednesday morning for the treck home. I am missing my wonderful hubby and I think he is missing me and probably the girls a little more!!!!! I will post soon.
