Well, this week has been a little hectic here in the Clark household. On Tuesday, I had a procedure done that has kept me down and out the past couple of days. Let me explain what is going on. Okay, after I had Brylee I had my tubes tied. Three c-sections was enough for my body to handle. Well, after I finished nursing her at about 8-9 months and got back to a regular menstrual cycle, things got kind of weird. My cycles got closer and longer and eventually started running together or not ending at all. So, I went to my doctor we tried doing the birth control for a few months to see if it would straighten my cycles out. It didn't. It actually made it a little worse. So, the next step was a procedure called Novasure. You can read more about this procedure at www.novasure.com. Anyway, on Tuesday, Bo took half-a-day off and went with me to have this procedure done. I hope no one gets offended, but I have to give a few details. My doctor started by numbing me up. Once that had taken hold, he started to dilate my uterus. Yep it hurt! Then once it had dilated to where he wanted, they stuck a long, skinny metal rod into my uterus. From here the rod heats up and they cauterize the lining of your uterus. During the procedure it feels like you are in labor with a really bad contraction. The whole procedure only lasts just a few minutes at most. However, the results are that you will be period free for the rest of your life with no hysterectomy. Tuesday after we got home from the doctor I was in a lot of pain, but by Wednesday morning there were no cramps and I was just a bit queasy. I have been a bit more queasy today than yesterday, but hopefully on the uphill climb of feeling much better. If you have any questions, leave your email and I will be more than happy to answer them for you.
The rest of the weekend should be great! Lizzy has another soccer game and then of course, Easter is on Sunday. We are going to color eggs and have some friends over for dinner and an Easter Egg Hunt in the back yard. It should be lots of fun. Hope everyone is well. Love to All!

I have been hearing about this procedure. Hope you start to feel better! Much better then a hysterectomy I'm sure! If I was closer I'd bring you dinner and take the girls! Take Care!
So I work every Monday and Tuesday unfortunately and every other Wed. So the week that you will be here my schedule will be off Wed Thurs and Fri I think. I'll double check it. But, I'd love to get together with ya! I can come down there or you can come here. Whatever is easiest. I'd say let's meet in the middle, but who wants to eat in Downey? Just kidding. Drop me an email and we'll work out the details!! Take Care!!
