On Thursday as soon as the girls got out of school and Bo got off work, we headed to Missouri to see Mom and Dad. But this was our summer vacation and so we decided to do some site seeing on our way.
First Stop . . . Martin's Cove and Devil's Gate, Wyoming.
When we arrived at Martin's Cove the wind was blowing. After walking through the visitor's center one of the Missionaries asked me if I knew the Holgate's. I did and so we searched them out and Sister Holgate gave a tour of the grounds! What a GREAT thing for my girls!!!!!
Part of the Cove.
The girls also received their very own Prairie Diamonds here at Martin's Cove. They thought they were so neat!!!!

We stopped there a couple times when we were in Casper for grad school stuff (when we thought we were moving there). That's where we discovered that we each had ancestors in the same wagon train. It is a really cool place!
I would love to go there! You're very lucky! Looks like a great experience for your family..
Great job we would love to visit their again our selves. Beautiful place with lots of history.
Love Grandpa and Grandma
